I am looking for a Team Leader - Credit Operations for Srignaganagar location.

Job Responsibilities:

Security creation/ perfection & safe custody of documents & keeping documents live and enforceable.

• Compliance of regulatory guidelines/internal policies.

• Compliance to Audit/LFAR/ Concurrent audit observations.

• Strict adherence to timelines relating to T-A-T.

• Provide value addition ; make extra effort in the process of credit delivery & problem resolution.

• Customer complaints are responded and resolved immediately.

• Providing solutions to customers/Business/Credit issues coming up during documentation/disbursement.

• Inspection of securities at periodical intervals.

• Ensuring adequacy of insurance for all assets charged to the Bank

• All properties are revalued at periodical intervals

• Liasoning with advocates/ valuers

• Maintenance of data of old records

• MIS reporting of critical data for onward submission to Management / RBI

 Qualification – Graduate/ Professional degree Grade – Manager

CTC – Best in the industry

Experience - should be 4 to 5 Years Preferred

Age - 30 To 35 Years
