Review, understand and post jobs in various job portals
Source and screen resumes for various positions
Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels
Conduct telephonic interviews to further qualify applicants for all open positions
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
Collect interview feedback and sending rejection mails
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in recruitment database
Coordinate campus recruitment with HR Manager.
