JOB DISCRIPTION POSITION: OPERATIONS RISK SELF ASSESSMENT AND PROCESS CONTROL

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Study all the operations process in detail. Define risks in each of the operations process and their respective compensating control mitigants. (manual or system).

Strong process orientation – handled process quality roles like 6 sigma, RCSA preferably from housing finance companies.

Any graduate / post graduate with 5-8 years of experience on handling similar process quality roles.

Discuss the findings with the respective units and ensure the base level process is fixed.

Ensure working of all controls through periodic data validation (daily, weekly, monthly) depending on the criticality of the risk
